Their concern is reasonable because they love you. You should be able to explain to them, why you go vegetarian/ vegan. You should gather information, facts and others to convince them. Explain the information you get from your research (see below for the research we provided for you)and talk to them calmly and politely. Avoid to argue with them. If they have question, you should be ready to answer them in a mature manner. Show them that you have grown and are able to make own decision based on accurate information. Remember, someday maybe you can help them become one too, or at least choose more vegetarian/vegan meals so they too, can recieved benefits and making a difference for the world and animals and their own health, but first you have able to let them understand and believe that what you do is the best and healthist for you. ❤(◕‿◕✿) More tips: Not only convince your parents and family but also realized by you becoming a vegetarian/vegan, it is bit inconvience for others in the family. so be willing to help out prepared your own meals, plan ahead, sometimes willing to be more flexible.
